Park Rules

Arriving and leaving

• Check in between 7:00am and 6:00pm. Arriving later is fine — call us on (662) 574-0131 so we know to expect you. There is no gate and no fence.
• Check out by 1:00pm.

Quiet

• Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 7:00am.
• No loud music at any time of day. People come here because it is quiet.

Your space

• Room for your RV and one vehicle. Every vehicle in the park must be running, registered and insured.
• Your RV needs to be self-contained, in good repair and tidy. There are no restrooms, showers or laundry here, so you are using your own.
• An RV over fifteen years old needs our okay first. Call and ask — we are looking for an RV that is roadworthy and cared for, not a new one.
• No tents, and no vans without their own facilities. This is a park for self-contained RVs.

Waste

• Waste water goes to the designated sewer inlet, and nowhere else.
• Household garbage goes in the dumpsters.

Pets

• Pets are welcome, and there is no charge for them.
• Keep them on a leash whenever they are outside your RV.
• Clean up after them.
• Never leave a pet tied up outside on its own, and please keep them off other people's spaces.
• Special trained pets for the handicapped, such as seeing eye dogs or trained hearing dogs, are allowed, and may be of bigger size.
• A pet that is noisy, destructive or dangerous will be asked to leave with you.

Children

• Children must be supervised at all times. We want them to be safe — the park has vehicles moving through it and we cannot watch them for you.

Around the park

• No open fires.
• No working on vehicles or RVs in the park, and no oil changes.
• No clotheslines, and no hanging clothes outside your RV.

Conduct

We ask everybody to obey the law while they are here.

And whatever the law may allow elsewhere, drugs, gambling and prostitution are not permitted at Wilbrook RV Park. That is our own rule rather than the state's, and it applies to everyone staying with us.

If you need to cancel

• Cancel 48 hours or more before your arrival date and you get all your money back.
• Inside 48 hours, or if you do not arrive, we are not able to refund the stay — on a fifteen-space park a night given up late is usually a night we cannot re-sell.
