We are a fifteen-space RV park, not a data company. Here is plainly what happens to your details.
What we ask for, and why
When you book a space we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the length and type of your rig, how many people are staying, whether you have pets, and your vehicle plate. We need those to have your space ready. We only ever email you about your booking and your stay with us — never a newsletter, never advertising.
When you send us a message we ask for your name, email address, and a phone number if you want to give one.
We never ask for a Social Security Number or a driver’s licence number on this website. If you stay with us long-term, Galen takes those on paper when he meets you, and they stay on paper.
Where it goes
Your details are stored in a database on our web host, and they are emailed to us so we know you are coming. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising — not ever, and not to anybody.
Three companies handle parts of this for us:
- SendGrid sends our emails, so your email address passes through them.
- CleanTalk checks form submissions for spam, so the message you type and your IP address are checked against their records.
- Square handles card payments if you pay online. We never see or store your card number — it goes straight to Square.
How long we keep it

After that they are deleted. We keep bookings for two years so we can look up a past stay if you ask us about one.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking cookies at all. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and nothing following you to other sites.
The only cookie we use is on the owner’s own admin page, to keep him signed in. If you are a guest, you never receive it.
Your booking link
Your confirmation email contains a link to your own booking page. That link has a long random code in it that only you have. Anyone with the link can see that booking, so treat it like a ticket — but it cannot be guessed, and we do not list it anywhere.
Seeing or deleting your details
Call us on (662) 574-0131 or use the contact form and ask. We will tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no account to close.
