A week at the nightly rate would be $315. The weekly rate is $215, so staying the full week saves you $100.
If you are staying a month, the monthly rate works out to well under half the nightly price.
Everything Is Included
That price is the whole price. Every rate above includes:
There is no meter reading at the end of it, and no second bill.
Most parks do not do this. On a monthly stay elsewhere you would usually pay the site rate and then your power on top — and you would not know what that came to until you were leaving.
The Rest Of The Money
The same price, whichever space you take
$45 is $45. A pull-thru and a back-in cost exactly the same, so you are not paying extra for the easy one. Book whichever space is free on your dates.
Tax is already in the price
Mississippi sales tax is included in every rate on this page. $45 means $45. Nothing is added at the end.
No deposit
There is no deposit to find and no part-payment to remember. You pay for your stay, and that is the end of the money.
If you need to cancel
Cancel 48 hours or more before your arrival date and you get all your money back. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not arrive, we are not able to refund the stay — on a fifteen-space park a night given up late is usually a night we cannot re-sell.
Two people are included
Every rate on this page covers two people in the RV. If there are more than two of you, it is $10 per extra person for the whole stay — not $10 a night.
So a family of four staying a week pays $215 plus $20. That is it. On a monthly stay it is $10 per extra person per month.
That is the only extra charge on the whole page. Electric, water, sewer and Wi-Fi are all already in the rate, and there is nothing to pay for your dog or your car.
Paying
Book online and you pay when you book, by card. The stay is then paid in full, and there is nothing to pay when you arrive.
Book by phone and you pay when you arrive instead — and you can pay by card: Galen takes cards on his phone, so there is no need to stop for cash on the way.
